Luna is a witch who can hide her true intentions very well. She is very evil, meaning that she doesnt care what happens to too many people. There are few she actually cares about, which would be her siblings. She doesn't really care too much about her mother Artemisia as she left her at a young age.
Luna has something of an attitude issue, she is rebellious and sort of goth in a sense. Luna is rather insensitive to others except her siblings which she cares about most. She dislikes the demons that ask her to kill but certain bounties are just too hard to pass up.
Her siblings make up a power of four though it isn't as strong as the good power of three.

Overall History:
Artemisia and Daren Vega gave birth to Diana Vega first, then Luna and last Selena. Diana was the one who was considered naive and easy to manipulate, Selena was the one who was the shy one, perhaps even the most closed minded on to new things as Luna was the the strongest and always the leader and the balance between her sisters.
Daren Vega died when a good witch- the charmed ones vanquished him, Artemisia is still alive and mourning Daren. She vows to kill one of the charmed ones, that is original charmed ones. Diana, Luna and Selena are three powerful evil sisters. The are three, but do not hold the power of three but do have strengths themselves. You will find that they are much like the original good three, but just... evil.
Luna was the second child who was perhaps the more level headed and used her brain unlike the other two and possessed the power of telepathy and aerokenesis. Diana obtained the power, prescience, which makes her rather... jumpy as well as the power of pyrokinesis. Selena got the power of hydrokenisis and astral projection. Abraxes possesed the powers of geokenisis and chronokinesis.
When they were children, they used their powers together. Fire, water, earth and wind were all fairly powerful together as well as individually. Luna was always the leader, the one who lead the "assasinations". Diana and Selena learned to become more like Luna after their first kill, together.
When Luna was 5 years old, her father was killed by the charmed ones. Their mother left them and went to seek vengance, and allied herself with the triad, escaping only by a hair after the three vanquished the tirad. She is still working on a plan to defeat them. The Halliwells.
Luna and her siblings were sent into a foster care. Apolline and Griffen were rather nice, though they didn't understand their magic. Artemisia found her daughters and one son later and taught them, not to mention that Luna and her older sister, Diana taught Selena and Abraxes their magic while attending school. They often skipped to show their siblings how to complete missions. Their first kill all together were two witches who were wanted by the new source- though there is yet to be another new source.
Luna and her siblings spend much of their time working on plans to execute missions. They work with the Brotherhood of the Thorn sometimes, whatever it takes. They trust no one and are always cautions which makes them very efficient. Most of the time they just say "forget school", and do whatever is needed.
