William is a witch/darklighter whose main power is pyrokinesis, telekinesis, as well as the powers of a darklighter. Here's what he is looking for and he's going to say it in his own words cause I thought it'd be fun to go into the mind of the character. Okay here we go:
Lovers-
"First of, I am bi. I don't care who it is-girl or boy, I will flirt the hell out with you. If you don't like it, then tough. I do what I want, when I want. However, that doesn't mean I am promiscious or even a sexaholic, um no. Besides, I spend more time smoking and drinking and not to mention, killing than of well having sex with someone but if I feel like it I will flirt. Got that? Good. Hell if you want me as your lover, let's work it out, first. I do not fall in love at first sight. I don't believe in that crap. But, I am up for anyone at any time. So, any takers? I'm also up for a little cat and mouse game."
Some misc info you need to know when dealing with William-
"Second, I do NOT deal with goodie two shoes or people who thinks they are perfect. No one is. Not even me. Hell I have flaws, and hell I can be easily killed but I will warn you I will NOT stand there and expect you to kill me. Nope, that is why I can black orb. And keep in mind for the next part, hm?
Third, if I want to, I can cuss the hell out of you. But I don't do it all the time, unless if you really really sincerely make me mad. So just mark my words, be careful when you're near me. I may have the looks to be a model, but I am far from one or an angel for that matter. Yes, whitelighters are known as angels and since I am a darklighter, I am not a good angel. I'm evil. Got that? Evil. Meaning I will NOT turn good for anyone, so its only up to me."
Friends and enemies-
"I do not care for friends either, unless if you do what I like to do, or the type that can come around me. If you want me to do some torturous stuff, oh I'm your man. I am known to have killed thousands of witches so far. Okay maybe the number isn't that high, but I sure as hell do a good job. Oh and I don't like witches, whether they are immortal or not, no good witches near me. You don't want to even dare to. I'm looking at you, Halliwells. Stay the hell away from me. If you don't go in my way then I won't go in your way. Plain and simple. Other than that, knock yourself out."

"If there is anyone that would like to deal with someone like me that can handle me, then step forward. I don't care which. Go ahead! I would love to make my life interesting. And, if you follow my plot right, then well, we'll get along fabiously.
