Jewel is a strange girl, she is only 12 but she looks 17, she has the maturity of a 17 year old and she knows how to manipulate people and get her way, she knows how to use most of her powers but has much to learn about them still. She however sometimes acts like a 12 year old. She gets excited over the smallest things at times and always finds some way of having fun though when bored she sulks and complains. She is all about doing things her way and expressing herself and trying to get along with people but she happens to be one of those girls who is very much open minded and watchful like her mother. She can be over protective and sometimes too demanding. However Jewel knows how to control her temper and how to see the best in people unless she really doesn’t like you because then it’s all over and getting on her good side is almost impossible. Like her mother she is a bit impressionable.[/ul]

Overall History:Jewel was born 12 years ago as the middle child of the family, 4 years after her birth her baby brother was born into the family. Before that though Jewel was the baby, she was looked after, her big sister would carry her everywhere, her mother would stop demons from attacking her, her father would give her baths and get soaked himself from all the splashing she did. She was crawling and teething, walking and running, laughing and talking in no time and would always pull everything down. She’d cry if her sister was hiding from her and was always found by her side until her baby brother came along and she thought he was a new toy always playing with him.
She soon started school, learnt to control the magical power she had, learnt about magic, did dance and tried to understand her sisters complicated words, she never however killed a demon. For several years life was actually pretty good. She made friends, she made enemies, she had fun, she snuck out to follow her sister, she got in trouble she got grounded, she did a lot of things including starting her own stuffed toy collection and did chores around the house to get the money to buy them.
At age 8 things got bad, her father died on a mission while trying to protect an innocent but was killed by the demon, her mother went nuts and killed the demon and a bunch of them constantly fighting though pulled it together for her children and had help from her friend Phoebe. So far she has never found love again which made Jewel sad. Learning to adjust without a father she took to looking after her little brother more but when she was 11 things got bad and she started to grow quickly, within 3 months she grew 6 years both mentally and physically before her mother tracked the demon down and broke the curse by then it was too late, she was stuck at looking older unable to go young again and her mother started to take her on trips with the halliwell’s and herself to hunt demons down to protect herself.
People started to think she was the older one, those who did not know better. Not long after her 12th birthday a vampire set their eyes on her and turned her into one, she completed the transformation and the vampire was killed but Jewel did not change back, finding the Queen became impossible realising the vampire that turned Jewel was from overseas and they don’t know how to turn her back into the pure witch she was. Her mother made a deal but Jewel doesn’t know who with or what with, the deal allows Jewel to walk around in the day time so people outside of the magic community wouldn’t know any better. It also allowed her to tap into her witch self and those powers while taking on the powers of a vampire. To protect her family she moved to magic school and has been living there since stuck at the age 12 forever looking 17 never able to go back and be who she was supposed to be. She will probably never be able to go home and live there again.
